First Aid Assessment – Regulation Section 3.16 Part (2) and (3)Control Measures to ensure that adequate and appropriate first aid equipment, supplies, facilities, attendants and services are provided for promptly rending first aid and transporting injured workers for treatment.
Safety Program – Regulation Section 3.1
a workforce of 20 or more workers in a workplace determined to be not low risk section 3.16(2)(b), or
a workforce of 50 or more workers in a workplace determined to be low risk under section 3.16(2)(b)
The requirement for a formal health and safety program is related to the size of the workforce and the hazard rating (either “not low risk” or “low risk”)

Inspecting of electrical, ventilation, emergency lighting, safety information, fire protection, storage and filing, floors and stairs
Accident Investigations
The Risk Management Group Inc. Team will investigate and collect material for the needs of an investigation should an accident happen on your jobsite. Material will be compiled into a report and submitted to WorkSafeBC.
